What exactly is 'odd' produce?
Our produce is perfectly delicious but might look a little different. It includes fruits and vegetables that are slightly oversized, undersized, or uniquely shaped, which often leads to them being rejected by traditional supermarkets.
Where do you source your food from?
We partner directly with local farmers and regional growers to rescue surplus or 'imperfect' crops that would otherwise go to waste, ensuring you get the freshest items at a lower price.
How does the subscription work?
You can choose your box size and delivery frequency (weekly or bi-weekly). There are no long-term commitments; you can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
What happens if my produce arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packing, fresh items can sometimes be fragile. If any item arrives in poor condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours for a credit or replacement.
When will my box be delivered?
Delivery days depend on your zip code. Once you enter your address at checkout, you will see the designated delivery window for your area. We will also send a tracking link on the morning of your delivery.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
Yes! Each week we send a 'preview' email. You can log in to swap out certain items or add artisanal pantry staples to your order before the customization window closes.
